Proper Documentation

During this section we will reinforce which documents to include in your oral boards defense. We will provide you with medical release forms, so that as you move forward collecting your cases you will be prepared to obtain relevant medical information and labs during and after your entire patient care experience.

We will also instruct you on how summary sheets can be created for the ease of you and your examiners during presentation of your oral boards.
